7 Quick Apply Full-time 20 hours ago Full Job Description SUMMARY Responsibility for all aspects of a customer and employee dining experience including, but not limited to, appearance of both restaurants, bars and back office facility, ordering of supplies, scheduling of employees, enforcement of standards, employee morale, marketing, revenues and profitability and overall customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Maintaining and establishing a positive attitude at all times.
Maintaining and enforcing proper hygiene and grooming of all staff members.
Maintains inspection reports and records and advises senior management of deficiencies and remedial/disciplinary efforts to minimize deficiencies.
Initiate and ensure there is comprehensive and ongoing training of all personnel to meet the highest service standards.
Creation, marketing and execution of restaurant and lounge promotions.
Understanding and adhering to budgetary guidelines and reporting requirements.
Daily communication with restaurant staff, kitchen staff and other resort departments so that there is always a clear understanding of hours of operation, menus, specials and any and all operational information.
Responsible for working with Chef and kitchen staff to deliver quality meals and overall presentation for employee lunches or special events.
Responds to and resolves employee relations issues; create and maintain high quality work environment so employees are motivated to perform at their highest level.
Addresses disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy.
Prepares warnings and communicates effectively with employees on warnings and make effective/appropriate decisions relative to corrective action as required.
Assist with the daily operations of the department and implementation of scheduling, hiring, firing and staffing levels keeping in line with departmental budgets.
Works as a member/leader of special or ongoing projects that are important to area/process improvement.
Assists with the improvement of work procedures and processes that support company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.
Uses appropriate judgment in vertical/horizontal communications regarding department or employee concerns.
Complete weekly payroll in timely fashion.
Maintains the highest levels of cleanliness and sanitation to meet company and regulatory guidelines.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
