Qualified candidates must have at least 1
years of corporate office experience.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

years of administrative/office experience in a corporate environment HS Diploma required Proficient use of MS Office Suite
Responsibilities:
Oversee all interoffice mailing and ensures that daily shipping deadlines are met Runs high volume copy machines and performs binding and finishing work.
Operates mail processing equipment and performs copy jobs.
Responsible for tabbing, folding, inserting, bindery and printing of all mail pieces.
Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming mail Perform administrative duties including copying, faxing, scanning, and data entry.
Package and process outgoing mail items and label for shipment (FedEx/UPS) Organize and distribute supplies to client employees and log orders upon delivery.
Prepare bound copies and deliver copy jobs.
Use of copy/bindery equipment, fax machine, postage meter and some PC.
