Looking for a strong candidate with a desire to grow and learn.
Hours:
Monday-Friday 10am-6pm.
Responsibilities:
Answers, screens and directs phone calls to leasing/property management staff.
Schedules appointments Warmly greets visitors, prospective renters, and current residents.
Assist in communicating with the on-site staff Performs administrative and clerical support tasks Performs basic filing and recordkeeping Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Outgoing, friendly attitude and ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and various Property Management Software Previous Leasing experience is a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
