The primary focus is to promote and support a fun, positive, and high-performing culture.
Will develop strategies to improve engagement, including but not limited to onboarding, recognition and reward programs, wellness programs, engagement surveys, implementation plans, etc.
This role reports to the Director, Engagement & Learning.
Position Responsibilities In conjunction with HR leadership, will assist with developing and executing the human resource strategy, as it relates to workplace culture, engagement and learning experiences.
Collaborates with department and property leaders to design and develop and culture-development strategies and programs.
Responsible for gathering, sharing/presenting related HR metrics monthly, or as requested.
Plans and leads the annual property-wide engagement survey cycle, including survey promotion, administration, results analysis, and action-planning.
Ensures that engagement and learning milestones and goals are met while adhering to approved budget.
Prepares and makes recommendations for annual engagement and learning budget.
Analyzes HR data and recommends ways for company managers to improve employee engagement, job satisfaction and morale.

Reviews, proofs, and edits all internal communications in preparation for final approvals.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
