This role will be responsible for the internal communications, events and activities which drive our culture and help our team members easily understand information as it relates to the company's culture, promotions, services, training, and community/volunteer interests.
Position Responsibilities Coordinate the daily operations of the internal communications programs, Culture Club, team member events and recognition programs within the organization, including planning and execution; Maintain policies and standard operating processes for all internal communications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of distributed information; Create, publish, and record weekly property-wide informational communications and monthly calendar of events (for team members).
Develop strong relationships with internal subject matter experts, working closely across business departments to understand their ongoing priorities, and ensure messages are delivered clearly and effectively; Plan, coordinate and execute team member events and volunteer activities.
Monitor content and quality of the company intranet so it remains dynamic and relevant for all team members; Write, review, proofread, edit, coordinate, and distribute content/communications internally, securing the necessary approvals as appropriate and utilizing all relevant channels; Develop and manage project plans and timelines associated with internal communications campaigns and events, providing project updates as needed; Contribute to the development of a strategy that promotes Ocean Casino Resort as a great place to work; Strong emphasis on writing and content development, internal guest service, managing internal intranet and planning and executing on team member events and volunteer activities.
Essential Functions Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas Must be able to lift/pull up to 25 pounds Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours when needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
