PRIMARY PURPOSE:
It is the responsibility of the Cage Tech Manager to oversee the overall operation of Cage Technical Department in accordance with the departmental and property practices, policies, and procedures.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operation of the Cage Technical Department Continuously evaluate staffing levels in accordance with business demand, forecasts, and budgetary guidelines; ensuring necessary adjustments are made as needed.
Manage Human Resources responsibilities for assigned department(s) to include:
creating a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction; quality hiring, training and succession planning processes that encompass the company's diversity commitment; adherence to the company's status quo third party representation philosophy; compliance with company policies, legal requirements and collective bargaining agreements Responsible for the overall maintenance and performance of cage equipment Interview, screen, and hire cage tech staff Remain up to date on all advances in technology, associates with vendors, servicemen Maintain records of all machines on the casino floor, including par sheets, excess fills, machine moves etc Oversee staff training for new machine types Participate in all equipment moves Respond to special requests, by the VP Cage Operations Orders and maintains inventory parts Acts as a liaison between vendors Generates paperwork and oversees invoice payments for leased machines, parts, etc MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience Two (2) years of prior relevant experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
