SALARY:
The salary range for this position is $55,694.
69 to $90,333.
78 for Schedule A, and $55,694.
69 to $85,817.
10 for Schedule B.
For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range.
For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater.
Judiciary employees hired prior to June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A.
Newly hired individuals, and Judiciary employees hired on or after June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule B.

The Atlantic/Cape May Vicinage Finance Division is seeking a professional, team-oriented, motivated self-starter who is committed to providing quality customer service and has strong technical capabilities.
Under the general direction of the Court Executive 2b (Vicinage Finance Division Manager), or designee, this individual will work in the Purchasing/Budget Unit, will provide training to co-workers and will monitor compliance with established internal controls.
REMOTE WORK:
The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings.
To participate in this program, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.
Example of Duties Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Providing technical/financial advice and assistance to management, staff, vendors, and customers.
Performing procurement functions, obtaining quotes for purchases and/or performing accounts payable functions, researching and resolving billing discrepancies.
Performing duties of Vicinage Fixed Assets Coordinator, performing physical inventories of assets.
interpreting accounting, financial, and statistical data and divisional budget recommending improvements in operating procedures/practices composing correspondence; developing technical/financial reports and performing other duties as assigned.
Travel within the vicinage is required.
Qualifications Education:
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree including or supplemented by 21 credit hours in accounting, business administration, economics, public administration and/or finance.
Twelve of these credit hours must be in accounting.
Substitution:
Applicants who do not possess the required education, but do possess the 21 accounting, business administration, economics, public administration, and/or finance credit hours, including 12 accounting credit hours, may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year-for-year basis with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
