The Early Intervention Case Manager will demonstrate warmth, hopefulness and enthusiasm in their work on behalf of consumers and will have personal philosophy which is person-centered and embodies wellness, recovery and resiliency.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Field.
LICENSE/CERTIFICATION:
QPRT, CPR, CPI, Valid NJ driver's license for use of Company Vehicle.
Experience:
2 years experience providing case management and community support for individuals with serous mental illness.
Must have computer skills and working knowledge of copier, and facsimile.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
