We have full time, part time and seasonal positions available.
Pay based on experience.
Responsibilities Provide upscale guest service experiences for guests throughout their stay Ensure guests are properly greeted upon their arrival Check-in and check-out guests, make reservations and financial transaction Promptly address guests' requests, like in-room dining, housekeeping services, ect.
Follow up on all guest requests through HotSOS application Follow up with each guest after check in to ensure guest satisfaction Ensure special guests, like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, receive personalized services Inform guests of our hotel outlet services and dining options Promote all hotel amenities Examine daily duties, assign tasks and check on progress Recommend local tourist spots, including places to dine, shop and sight-see Report all guest issues in the own it solve it log Skills Proven work experience as a Guest Service Agent or similar role Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software Opera is a plus Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Ability to work flexible hours Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation Job Types:
