The In-House Marketing Agent is responsible for greeting and qualifying guests at check-in and booking them for resort tour presentations and owner updates. All marketers will report directly to management and assist management in cultivating a team atmosphere to increase overall tour production. Marketing agents must learn and execute a sales presentation as provided by management and must meet and exceed job performance and production standards.

EDUCATION AND OR
Experience:
New Jersey Real Estate License
Sales experience
Telemarketing experience preferred
Must be competitive and driven to succeed
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
environment.
Minimum of High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor''s degree
preferred
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and
some nights
High amount of professionalism and customer service in dealing
with guests and staff members
Must be able to communicate in a positive, enthusiastic
manner
Job: MarketingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
