Position Overview: THIS POSITION IS 8 HOURS PER WEEK
Management of various construction and installation work at the William J. Hughes Technical Center. The Senior Architect will be the direct link between the customer and the installation technicians and/or subcontractors. Duties include: establish milestones and monitors adherence to master plans, and schedules identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Direct the work of employees assigned to the program/project from technical, engineering, construction and administrative areas. Serve as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance.
The Senior Architect will be responsible for providing expertise in the application of technology to meet the mission requirements of the Federal Aviation Administration's Laboratory Services Division (LSD). The Senior Architect will report directly to the Regional Resource Administrator and Regional Manager. The Senior Architect will be responsible for full lifecycle support for the demolition, implementation, and/or modifications of Laboratory facilities or systems within the Laboratories. Duties include but not be limited to: design or support the design for projects, survey and document existing conditions, which includes coordinating with the project stakeholders to assure databases and master drawings properly reflect existing conditions, perform required calculations, integrate sound architectural and engineering principals and applicable building codes as required to support projects, coordinate with the engineers, drafters, technicians, etc. in support of design and construction projects, advise Technicians in the preparation of design packages, including but not limited to construction documents, construction cost estimates, and all required project documentation, monitor and advise during construction phase of projects, verify that projects meet design specifications and assure accuracy of red-lined drawings upon project completion, research and provide information for existing and new technologies per client's direction, provide expertise in space planning (including master planning), egress, furniture and equipment layout and architectural/interior design, provide expertise in developing, analyzing and determining a customer's space requirements, workstation requirements, support space characteristics, furniture selection and necessary supporting construction from both a functional and aesthetic approach.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Twenty (20) or more years of relevant experience.
- Extensive knowledge of building infrastructure, specifically with regard to building construction, space optimization and International Building Codes, Occupational Safety and Health Administration standards and the Americans with Disability Act.
- U.S Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
- This position is casual at 8 hours per week.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
