Bus Marketing Tour & Travel Coordinator
Job Duties:
Performs all administrative and clerical duties for Bus Marketing Tour and Travel operation.
Prepares overnight rooming lists and ensures prompt and accurate receipt.
Ensures overnight arrival and departure information is properly communicated to all areas of operation.
Coordination of group tour reservations for overnight and manifests.
Inputs all incoming group tour reservations; handles manifest data for groups.
Supports Bus Marketing operations as needed.
Provides Family Style Service at all times.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
Minimum of one year overnight motor coach experience to include sales and reservations.
Must have advanced computer skills including LMS/Delphi/LSI.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be detailed oriented and organized.
Prior accounting or other office clerical experience required.
Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Salary:
$11.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
