Marketing & Bus Operations Supervisor
Job Duties:
Responsible for overseeing and supervising the day to day operation of the Promotion Booths and Transportation Center.
Responsible for supervision of the issuance and reconciliation of packages and/or coupons issued to Marketing and Bus Marketing Representatives.
Promotes outstanding customer service, and is directly responsible for supervising and coaching the staff's customer service standards.
Coordinates and resolves all customer inquiries and complaints.
Responsible for schedule adjustments to ensure sufficient coverage of Promotions booths and Transportation Center.
Responsible for the counseling and disciplining of staff when required.
Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
Ensures staff provides Family Style Service at all times.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications Minimum one year supervisory experience required.
College degree in marketing or related field preferred.
One year Promotions and/or Bus Marketing experience requiredExcellent customer service skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Computer skills required.
Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act and Attendant Regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies, and procedures.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
